Have you lost your dealership and want to get it back? If you still have your dealership, do you feel that your rights been infringed upon? If you’re a friend of a dealership, do you want to show your support?
Please join like-minded dealers and the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) to help pass legislation to restore your dealership and your rights. We have formed a committee to protect the rights of thousands of terminated dealerships and the customers they serve.
Representing many of America’s hometown dealerships that have recently or will be terminated by GM or the pre-merger Chrysler, the Committee to Restore Dealer Rights hopes to secure passage of the Automobile Dealer Economic Rights Restoration Act of 2009.
Senator Charles Grassley introduced S. 1304 in the US Senate which follows the US House of Representatives version H.R. 2743, the Automobile Dealer Economic Rights Restoration Act, which counts more than 270 bipartisan Congressional cosponsors.
This legislation is our last, best chance to restore what all of us and NADA have worked so hard for so long to establish. This is a collective effort and we need your help to get our voices heard. Contact your representatives in Congress and urge them to support this bill. Time is of essence!
